I've been wanting to have dinner at Moonshadows for a while and finally, my chance to taste their delectable dishes arrived!
This place has been hyped up across every social media, and let me tell you, it lives up to the hype and wasn't disappointed us 😍
To catch the sunset, we made a reservation online, complete with a note requesting a window seat about a month ago. We even went the extra mile and called the restaurant multiple times on the day of our adventure to ensure our spot by the window overlooking the ocean.
Let me tell you, the scene was so breathtakingly beautiful that it made my inner beach bum swoon 🌅
Now, let's talk about the menu – a treasure trove of dishes on one side and a delightful selection of wines on the other🍷
For starters, we kicked things off by ordering the Calamari. And let me tell you, this wasn't your run-of-the-mill calamari.
Nope, this baby was packed with flavor! Served with a hint of lemon and paired with a tangy dipping sauce, it was a crispy, savory delight that didn't leave us feeling like grease monsters 🦑
We couldn't resist diving into a bowl of their famous clam chowder – a personal favorite of mine.
The flavors danced on my taste buds like a well-orchestrated symphony, with each spoonful delivering a perfect harmony of fresh veggies, onions, and succulent clams.
Now, onto the main course – the Rigatoni Shrimp😋
As a self-proclaimed shrimp aficionado (especially when they're sans shells 😂), I've sampled my fair share of shrimp-based dishes at Western restaurants.
BUT let me tell you, Moonshadows' Rigatoni Shrimp takes the cake! The sauce was a flavor explosion, the pasta cooked to perfection, and the shrimp? Oh, they were plump, juicy, and oh-so-satisfying!
We were practically swimming in shrimp – there were so many that even after polishing off the pasta, we still had shrimp to spare 🍤
For 🌞, he chose the Short Ribs – not the most glamorous in appearance, but boy, did they pack a flavorful punch! 
I was expecting a tough, flavorless chew, but instead, I was greeted with melt-in-your-mouth perfection! Paired with the sauce, it was like a dance party in my mouth – a taste sensation that left me pleasantly surprised 😂
As we wrapped up our meal, the sun began its descent, casting a golden glow over the landscape outside. It was a serene moment, a perfect ending to our culinary adventure😌
Oh, I almost forgot to mention – they offer valet parking, so bring some cash if you're driving! The parking fee is $12 per visit 🚗
